As per our latest Director Handbook 2022, our SHBE Board shall consist of six Regional Directors and three Directors-at-Large.  Regional Directors shall be voting members elected by Regional Members.  Directors-at-Large shall be voting members elected by members.  Each member of the board is required to sign a strict confidentiality agreement.

Offices consist of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  These officers shall be elected by the board, and must be held by members of the board.  The Past President and the Newsletter Editor shall be ex-officio members.  The board may appoint a member of the organization to assist the Treasurer with book-keeping and accounting.
